OSWEGO, NY (May 7, 2024) – Compass Federal Credit Union’s main office at 131 George St. in Oswego will implement new weekday hours following June 1. Beginning on Monday, June 3 the George St. office will now be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., along with its current Saturday hours of 9 a.m. to Noon.
With this update in hours, the George St. office will now join Compass FCU’s other main locations at 300 West First St. in Oswego and 208 North Second St. in Fulton with hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
“Providing the best and most consistent customer service is a top priority at Compass,” said Compass FCU CEO, Jennifer Rupert. “Making our hours consistent across these three branches will be a benefit, along with providing our members with more office availability. We’re eager to continue to help our members meet their financial needs and feel like this is another step forward in that process.”
Previously, Compass FCU’s George St. location was only open until 5 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, with Monday through Wednesday hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
