Update July 12, 2023: There is a rising number fraudulent phone calls being made to members, pretending to be employees of Compass Federal Credit Union. Please know that at NO TIME will a representative from Compass call you and ask for any information in regards to online banking, passwords or account/card numbers. If anyone calls you, claiming to be a Compass employee, and asks for any of this information - ask for the caller's name and then hang up and call us back at our main number, (315) 342-5300 - or visit your nearest branch.
Fraud Alert: We are reminding all members that at no time will anyone affiliated with Compass Federal Credit Union call you and request any information in regards to your accounts or online banking (i.e. - account numbers, pin numbers, etc.). If you receive a phone call asking for any of this information, it is attempted fraud.
