Fraud Alert Reminder

FRAUD REMINDER: There is a rising number fraudulent phone calls being made to members, pretending to be employees of Compass Federal Credit Union. Please know that at NO TIME will a representative from Compass call you and ask for any information in regards to online banking, passwords or account/card numbers.
If anyone calls you, claiming to be a Compass employee, and asks for any of this information - ask for the caller's name and then hang up and call us back at our main number, (315) 342-5300 - or visit your nearest branch.
As a result of this increase in fraudulent activity, balance inquiries and transfers are no longer taken over the phone. Any inquiries or transfers must be done via online banking, in person at a Compass branch, or utilizing our 24-hour automated phone line at (315) 349-0123.
