The following is a message from CardValet for members using version 5.0 or higher:
CardValet mobile app publishing certificates will be expiring on February 18. Once the certificate expires on February 18, the current app will no longer work as intended. Users will need to download the latest update to access their CardValet app.
If you have Automatic Download set to yes, the new version will download automatically. If it is not set to yes, members will need to download the updated version.
If members do not download the new app and they tap on CardValet after it expires, they will see an error message: “Your financial institution server could not be reached. Please check your network connection and try again.” If you see this you know you need to download the version update in either Google Play or Apple App stores.
